Relative Pronouns
Relative pronouns introduce relative clauses, which are a type of dependent clause. They introduce an extra piece (called a relative clause) added to a sentence. For example:
Where is the waiter who served us?
People who smoke are damaging their health.
Bag which you can wheel along are the best kind.

Rule # 1
Whom can only be used as the object
Correct : There are five men whom The Queen wants to meet.
Incorrect : The Queen wants to meet the five men whom telephoned her last night.
Rule # 2
Who and Whom : refer to a person or people.
Which : refers to thing(s)
Whose : Person, people, thing or things
Rule # 3
That can replace who, whom, which
1.This is the guy who eats watermelon with chili/
This is the guy that eats watermelon with chili
2. The teacher is a person whom you supposed to ask to /
The teacher is a person that you supposed to ask to
3.The black car which was made of diamonds has been stolen/
The black car that was made of diamonds has been stolen
